I was wondering how other courts are handling the e-filing of transcripts.  Our court is currently implementing a system and looking for input on how to create the system.  I was wondering if you could explain how it works from the reporter's perspective.  How do you get the transcript into the system?  What fees are charged?  Also how to sign the transcript and how to protect it from just being copied?  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.
