If witness in an Examination Under Oath has an attorney representing them, does that attorney have the right to mark exhibits?

One of our reporters had an issue and wondering if there are any rules regarding EUO's.

    Thanks for any input.

Hi, Gerry.  I'm not an expert on this, and trying to find a solid answer for Michigan is difficult.  I did find an article from 2009 that might be helpful.  See page 7 here: https://www.michbar.org/insurance/pdfs/InsApril09.pdf
