I could find nothing in the SCAO manual re jury questions asked by the court.  It feels like they should be indexed, but when I do so, are the follow-up questions titled and/or indexed?  What's everybody doing? 

Teri, what I have done is put EXAMINATION [new line] BY THE COURT in the body of the transcript, and then on the Table of Contents put it as Examination by the Court and then followed by either REDIRECT or RECROSS and the same goes on the Table of Contents.  Hope that's what you're talking about.  I am happy when they don't allow the jurors to ask questions.  It makes the trial go a heck of a lot faster!  Mindy
