    Hello,

I am trying to work with a friend of mine who's firm does litigation for Insurance Companies.  Apparently there is some kind of approved "list" that I need to get on before I can work with these companies. I tried calling the companies directly and no one knows what I'm talking about.  I tried applying to be on their vendor list, I have contacted other court reporters, etc. and have not been able to get an answer?!  How do I get approved so I can start working with him??

    THANK YOU for your help!

I would think your friend could get you the right contact information.

Some of the companies that do this usually go through an approval process every two or three years and they update it.

So another question to ask is when is their next approval process and how can you get involved.

However all these companies do handle things differently.
