I just had a remote Zoom dep.  When we started, we found out the witness was driving in his car with his wife in the vehicle.  I always put the location of the witness on my transcript, so I'm wondering if there is a rule as to a witness needing to be stationary during a remote dep so we know the location.  The deposition was adjourned because the taking attorney didn't want the wife present during the deposition and the Internet connection with the witness kept freezing because of low bandwidth.  I'm just wondering if anyone has come across this and if there is some type of rule we are to follow.  Thank you!
